  2. It's true that these are not run-of-the-mill, most of them, unless you're a seminarian. Which I'm not (there's a special glass cage for me to enter when I deliver flowers).

    Obscure though they are, it's the differences between and among some that have focused a good deal of our common history.

    Pick a word -- any word -- and it's likely some man will either gamble on its meaning for drinks or start a fight?
