From her words, something went from world-weary to childlike.

  1. I too love Joni Mitchell. It is wonderful when a song can transport us to a time or a moment we cherished.

  2. I rediscovered her when she started doing a few jazz vocals. Then I went back to the early stuff. She's not just an idol of her time, she's an artist.

    Her "Woodstock", when you listen to it by her, is a sad song, not the upbeat Crosby, Stills, Nash hit version.
